An evergreen movie scene on cricket that will always be applicable to India (sad but true )

@New guy any contribution to the script/ dialogues?

Also the movies looks like it is from late 90’s? Kapil Dev ki batting dekhna :hmmm:

I dont think its cricket in todays day and age, its hating liberals and woke people and attacking bollywood and spreading hatred against different religions which has become the new cult of people today. Rising petrol prices? Demonetization? Going backwards in every parameter? Nah, lets talk about some super stars son's personal drug problems and some facebook meme of some random people talking bad about religion

So basically social media has taken over the place of cricket as our religion. I guess human beings will always seek out distractions and things to get passionate about. Social media fills the void today

So instead of - Sara desh narak ki khai mai jhoka ja raha hai aur yeh saala cricket ka score pooch raha hai

It will be - ye saala Aryan Khan ke bare mai tweet kar raha hai

Oh this movie :laugh1: it’s remake of a telugu movie originally called “kartavyam” (duty). We used to own a vhs tape of this, so one of those movies you would watch on repeat in summer holidays :)

I recognized the actor Deepak Malhotra, the model turned actor of Lamhe fame. When I saw his filmography, he is known for only two movies, Lamhe and this one. Jai Internet!
