Colour discrimination in West is not same as Indian mindset that fairer is beautiful. Only people to complain should be those men/women whose matrimony gets rejected by parents because they aren’t right shade of black.

Looks like you haven't read what I have written. Before giving others lectures on civility please do the courtesy of properly understanding their arguments. I don't mind bluntness but this is just an illogical tirade.

Someone in the position of LS should do better than thinking of himself as a victim. If he has to bring it up he should name people. Why has he not done that? It takes more courage to be direct in your accusations than making a general vague point about our country. The tweet is worthless without attribution.

Sorry I don't support discrimination of any kind under any circumstances. Not possible to accept that, its not a vague point by any stretch from LS it's not possible to disprove what he is claiming or sweep it under the carpet just because it is convinient. If one supports discrimination of any kind they need to take a hard look at their choices, do better and stop trying to rationalise bigotry.

If this issue gets pursued further I wish LS makes a clean breast of all that has happened to him even if it could be damaging career wise. 

And please don't think that I support colour discrimination. I think most people these days are repulsed by it.

I call BS. If you are repulsed by it you won't be trying to mitigate the thread by victim shaming. Seriously man it's ridiculous the excuses not just from you but from many in this thread.
