Pakistan issues visas to Hindu pilgrims from India

KARACHI: The Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi on Wednesday issued 136 visas to Hindu pilgrims for visit to their religious sites in the country.

A large number of pilgrims from India are expected to arrive in Sindh over the next couple of days to take part in the celebrations of the 313th birth anniversary of Shiv Avtari Satguru Sant Shadaram Sahib.

 

The celebrations at Shadani Darbar Hayat Pitafi in Ghotki district will be held from December 4 to 15.

Shadani Darbar founded in 1786 by Sant Shadaram Sahib is a sacred place for Hindu devotees across the world. Sant Shadaram Sahib was born in 1708 in Lahore.

 

Thousands of Sikh and Hindu pilgrims from India visit Pakistan every year under the Pakistan-India Protocol on Visits to Religious Shrines of 1974 to observe various religious festivals.

Which is bad news. This is a ploy by your army to pick and frame their next Kulbhushan. Hope the ties between the two nations are completely cut off for good sooner than later.

 

We need to stop extending medical visas to your citizens to begin with. Just cannot trust any of your brethren after the Sialkot incident. Anyone of you can turn into a rabid dog anytime. It's a massive security risk.

Naah, its a desperate attempt at raishing cash.  Any amount, from anywhere, will do.

 

The economic debacle that is the 'pureland' is something that most folks don't quite appreciate the gravity of.  

 

Something will have to give, and soon.  Next couple of years are going to be "interesting times".  And I think the risk for 'non-state actor' events in India, is higher than ever.  Expect better attempts at camouflage than "orange threads" on Ajmal Kasab and co's wrists this time.

we dont take much of medicines from india now a days, also india can stop giving medical visas to Pakistanis, thats your right. do whatever you want to do. 

and dont drag the state of medina in our conversation. the political system in Pakistan and the state of medina are opposite in many ways.

Unlike the evil zamindars camouflaging in uniforms that run things in "new medina", who are starving innocent Afghan civilians by stopping donated Indian wheat being provided to them, you will hardly find even a small minority of 1.3 billion Indians advocating for stopping medicines or medical treatment for Pakistanis.  Our quarrel isn't with those innocents, its with the evil mafia that keeps them under their boots, and bootlickers who support them.

Honestly speaking, a lot of the educated ones know the facts, but its not like they are going to admit it in front of the "enemy".  

 

They know whats up, and how they are being 'bund-maared' daily by the very ones that are sworn to protect them.  But what do you expect? I have been to Indonesia outside of Bali, worked with local communities.

You won't even realize it's a Muslim majority country except for hijab and controlled alcohol.
