lol He didn't wimp out like some of the legends. Only an year back he absolutely dominated Ajmal at galle making 221 runs. If anything our uber pathetic spinners struggled against Pakistan worse than average spinners like Paul Harris. Bhajji averaged 56 in the 2000s against Pakistan. Possibly the worst main spinner against them. You are comparing him with Ashwin lol

Well when did they face talents like Ashwin? Just because they bashed our bowlers left right center doesn't mean they didn't struggle against spin.  I showed you clearly nobody in the world sucked worse against Pakistan than our spin unit.  Atleast Kumble had some decent to great spells.  But Bhajji wilted against almost all subcontinent sides especially Pakistan.

On the same flat pitches other spinners did better. Heck even Tendulkar was more effective in Pakistan than Bhajji. Bhajji had 3 or 4 good series. Also he was reported for chucking in 2005. Minus his doosra he was not effective.

Lyon himself has a jerky action, pre 2006 bhaji was a better bowler but overall Lyon leads imo

 Ashwin has dominated Williamson, Warner, Smith, sanga, Matthews, de kock, cook all great players.

Lol you kidding me? It was a complete flatty, Ashwin barely bowled the off break because the pitch was so flat, carrom balls around the wicket, in to the pads.

And on the same pitches greats like Murali or Warne flopped badly, you think it was just our batting huh? Why Do you think one test wonders like SoK, Ajaz or even Lyon have been way more effective than the two greats previously?
