before we go praising SL for their series win in SA recently, their home record in the past 4 years is

7w-10L-1D including a loss at home to BD.

Indian cricekters would be burned alive

quit being whiny ass bitches and enjoy the great year.

There are enough people t put down indian teams success. India fans can take a break

Lol you realise SL is a small tiny country..  Thier sporting achievements eclipse countries like Paxtan & Bangla by some margin.  They are going through a rough patch but doesn't mean they are short of talent n stuff

Yes, that is the only way India is gonna be willing to make any changes in their middle order of Pujara, Kohli and Rahane.

As long as India don't lose a test series( they lost a test match at Headingley but still the trio was sticked), the TM will stick with the same combination. So, no place for Vihari, Iyer or Sundar anytime soon now.

If you want India to drop Pujara or Rahane, then wish for a massive test defeat or for more prominent changes, hope for test series defeat.

Those who would even think like these do not know the importance of winning test matches outside Asia

I would even say even a loss in Bangladesh is ok, but India has to win this ongoing SA series

Too much at stake. A win here will settle all the unnecessary noises surrounding Indian Cricket and thats what some "well-meaning" friends do not seem to want

Which exists because of him.

Use your brain sometimes.

Sure, because of him. Got "injured" but still got on the field to carry drinks like a control freak in the series decider against Australia in '16, and went AWOL with the bat in the England series at home last year.

A loss here should be the final nail in the coffin for Pujara and Rahane.

A win here may not be enough to move on from the duo as their failures will again get hidden.

there is no guarantee that it would be so simple. they may still be persisted with. and even a win could see them being phased out. it depends more on selectors and TM than win/loss
