Doesn't Kazakhstan have its own armed forces, if yes could they not manage the situation ? Are those troops tiny in number, themselves divided or just unpaid charsis like the erstwhile Afghan army ? I think what he meant was to implement Chinese .model of dealing with protests. That is to clamp an iront fist. If at all it's the Congress which has shown that they are unable to come to terms with loss of power and even going to the extent of aligning with George Soros and his cronies.
