Kohli Winning Toss Proved to be Disaster How unlucky Kohli is.The Pitches Unlike Past did not Became Up and down .If we bowled first on overcast condition fresh pitch with sa batting we would have bowled them cheaply.

 

Last few tours Srilanka chased a 300 And 200 In 2019 Against Better Sa Line-up

Forget pitches, India failed in all second innings, they wouldn’t have chased 200+ in both tests. Nobody in team played with the temperament of test cricket like Edgar, or Peterson or Bavuma

Cricket is all about pitches.we chased a huge score at Gabba.In aus or sa where there is no spin and with out uneven bounce.batting last is advantage.All though with Kohli rahane Pujara we would have struggled

With Purane, KLPD and Chokli in the XI, we would be reduced to 50-4 in all run chases. If you expect Pant to chase down 250 with the 5 tailenders all the time, good luck to you.

Yeah Rahane and Pujara would have hit match winning centuries to chase targets in SA. If only he had the luck to lose the Toss and chase in the final innings.

Venues were Durban & PE..  Non highveld venues. 

SL toured SA again in 2020/& were dispatched 2-0 in Centurion & Wanderers.

Well we played similarly in NZ too in the 2nd innings where the batting was supposed to be easier. I don't back our side to chase even 180 in the 4th innings.

Point is we might have bowled them for 100-150 in first innings and it's game over mostly aftee that even with our batting

India never digs in when the conditions are tougher. Nowadays i don't judge the conditions based on INdias batting. They suck pretty much everywhere. Even in India we sucked. That is why we even lost a test.   India next only to England in terms of collapses.

all 3 pitches were challenging, but not impossible to bat on. scores of 300 were definitely feasible with a better middle order

We scored 300 in centurion and that was a tough pitch to bat ,so it is possible to put up a decent score if you put a price on your wkt ,even if we have batsmen who are limited and not talented enough

Batting pailure.. Somb in tob 5 habe batting disability, skill gap, like not abal to see ball and hit ball.  I think that is reason we lost. We need batsmen that can see ball and hit ball with bat.
