Kohli, Rohit, Ishan Kishan, Siraj etc are trolling us. Yes, they are.

Kohli & Rohit is not going anywhere. We will lose both T20 WC and ODI WC 2023 with them. Then people will react and board will send a younger squad in 2024 T20 WC where we may have a chance.

Also, Jasprit Bumrah need to be added on the gang too, He seems to have past it as well in white ball cricket.

Don't try to couple Bumrah with those duds ,India can well and truly win without them but without Bumrah who else would you take in recent WCs

Bumrah can still contribute as first change and slog overs specialist

Kishan can struggle versus bounce … Was rattled by Chemeera’s pace & bounce at D’sala

Surprisingly did well in first class test cricket vs s.africa A against Jansen. Seems like his game suits tests more where he doesn't have to club the ball from ball one.

The 11 can have a good bowling line up without Bumrah too :dontknow:

D Chahar (Back up Bhuvi, Shami, …)

Umran, for pace

Natrajan, who can pick up wkts in PP too  (Back up Bumrah, Harshal, …)

Chahal (or Kuldeep)

SDP, pace bowling AR

Sundar, spin bowling AR

PS then add 5 inform batsmen from DK, Pant, SKY, Tripathi, KL, Gill, …

Yea he can but we don't really need him for LOI. For tests? Absolutely. He is a gun. Best in the world in tests. As good if not better than Cummins. But in LOI he sucks these days.

Much rather prasidh umran and siraj/shami and avesh for LOI.

Correct. We don't really need bumrah for LOI. Add in prasidh, siraj, kuldeep sen who looked good with pace and bounce until he was dropped by dunderhead midget.

Bumrah, who is considered Ind’s top T20 bowler by many, cannot (or will struggle to) get into most teams as top bowler:

Aus - Hazlewood/ Starc/…

BD - Fiz (or even Taskin; Bumrah can compete here)

Eng - Archer (there is Wood for those who love pace)

NZ - Boult/Ferguson

Pak - Shaeen

SA - Radada/Norjke/…

SL - Chameera/other fast bowler (Bumrah may have a case here)

WI - Holder (can bat too)

How would you play Harshal,Chahar together?

T20s are no place for trundlers anymore,so what if you have Umran to compensate

Umran is quite new, more so in absense if Bumrah

Yes,i admit Bumrah shouldn't be starting in every xi

But we need him in the tournament

Bumrah, on current form, is a backup bowler in the squad

MI’s bowling woes stems from his inability to pick up wkts - the reason MI gave iirc is that teams play him out so they don’t even open with him anymore. Also was seen bowling yorkers in PP, where wkt taking bowlers like Umesh & Shami bowled a variety of lengths in PPs and also the used conditions well

its the ICFs fanboy problem more than anything else.anyone can tell that Ishan Kishan is a hack but ICF keeps hyping them up.Kohli and Rohit are just old,if they were australian they would be either phased out or more likely dropped.

Wow Bumrah has done great things for India but Kohli and Rohit have not done anything. Now I have heard everything.Bumrah has done nothing for India compared to those two guys. They have carried this Indian team batting for more than decade.

Bumrah has stunk up the joint everytime when series is on line or in big matches. He is the biggest culprit for India losing in SA along with crappy middle order.

Guys like Kishen are not even worth mentioning in same sentence.

Who are those youngsters again with whom India has a chance?

Good lord.... These guys are so clueless.

I mean how can someone even think about dropping Bumrah from t20 wc squad......

Icf thick tank strikes again.

The reasons they will give -will all be intangible and delusional.

We are mediocre LOI team and we must accept it. That is the sad reality of Indian cricket. We don't have a Buttler or Warner at the top, we don't have a Shaheen with the new bowl, we don't have a Rashid Khan to win games on his own for us.
