Clarke Posted August 14, 2022 Author Posted August 14, 2022 RIP, an inspiration for many investors and philanthropists
coffee_rules Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 62 way too young to go away. Om Shanti. What will happen to Akasa Air now?
ravishingravi Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 I was expecting this after his last interview. He seemed to be done. He never took care of his health. 62 years was pretty long given health conditions. He will be sorely missed.
Mariyam Posted August 15, 2022 Posted August 15, 2022 R.I.P The perennial optimist. So many made a bee line for certain investment options just coz Jhunjhunwala had put his money there. Always put his money where his mouth was.

He owned a minority stake (30-40%) in the company. From what little I know Akasa air has already raised money from various PE firms and have a couple of aircraft acquisitions lined up over the next 2 years. coffee_rules 1
