Why do Afghans Hate Pakistanis so much? Is it because Pakistan threw them under the bus post 9/11 and allowed US to form Military bases in Pakistan to attack Afghanistan.

No, they are anti-Taliban Afghans mostly. They blame Pakistan to support Taliban and thus destroying their country.
