Its not just about Dravid. The 3 selectors and the bowling coach are all trundlers from the 90s, they are to blame too but Dravid being the head coach has to take a lot of blame.

The thing with sen, Mohsin, Tyagi is they 'are well over six feet same with prasidh krishna, umran is short yes but he is a skiddy customer, arshdeep is 6'3 as well,add bumrah,shami and siraj and u have a nice mixture of swing,seam,pace,bounce and height,and all these pacers are quick

Yes ... Tyagi, Sen, Umran, Mohsin, Prasidh should all be groomed and played along with Bumrah, Shami and Siraj.

 

They will cover every aspect of pace bowling.

Somehow, the first name they write down in the bowlers column is good ol' Bhuvi. And the second name, barring injury, is Avesh. In the spin department, it's always the collar chewer midget. That's 3/4ths of the bowling attack right there, all duds. We can fluke to a few wins here and there with this kind of compromised bowling attack, but will wilt under the pressure more often than not in must win games.

I give up man.in tests they will pick fast bowlers it seems. But they don't care about odi or t20.
