dravid won't be kicked even after 1st round losses in WT20 and ODI WC. he has the ear (and other parts) of gangu

I don't think so, Dravid is coaching for love of the game too. Kicking out Dravid is not my solution.Dravid needs help from BCCI, he needs to given all the resources for him to succeed and if he still fails, it is on Dravid.
