The replay could be interpreted as an attempt at deception from Kohli, given that Arshdeep's throw from the deep passed by his right hand at the same moment that he motioned a relay throw. ESPNcricinfo understands that the ruling, which needs to be made by the umpires in real time, is about the attempt to deceive the batters, rather than them actually being deceived.

Yup, looks like no one noticed it, the umpires or the batters.

I know what it is. Wasn't aware something like this happened. Any video/reference when it happened?

No one including the batters seemed to have noticed or made an issue.

Unfortunately, Kohli is coming off as a cheat because of such issues and constantly trying to influence umpires ... The wide above head wasn't a wide as well or very marginal ... Rather than get involved in such antics, maybe just try to hit a 6 more with your ability

Didn't sangakarra and dhoni do something similar..in case of sangakarra it was just harmless fun as the Pakistani batsman needlessly dived but dhoni actually got marsh run out...

All the decisions umpires made were absolutely fair

1. Kohli pak no ball. It wouldny have been a no ball if nawaz was bowling as a spinner with ball supposed to loop and drop. Nawaz was bowling medium pacer with keeper behind which made umpire call no ball. 
 

2. Todays no ball. It was indeed over shoulder height. Replays confirmed. 
 

3. Wet outfield. None of indian fielders slipped and batting team complaining about wet outfield is the most hilarious thing ever heard. Its as if they were afraid even after that start they couldnt chase the runs. The run rate required after resumption was same more or less different by few decimals. They had 85 runs to score in 9 overs.  Previously they were required 119 in 13 overs. Do the maths.

The rule didn't exist when sangakarra did it.

Honestly it's about perception, when Steve Smith asked for no ball for breaching the 5 fielder rule it was universally hailed as game awareness. But when kohli asks no ball on height & runs after the wickets were broken of a no-ball he gets hate from Padosies & they ching cha gang of goras.

Not apples to apples. 5 fielder rule is easy to agree upon, while a wide/no ball can be speculative if marginal. 
 

I don’t worry about padosis or goras or whatever (I am not trying to prove anything to them). If a player of a team I follow does something wrong, I will point it out!

I am not saying ruling on 5 fielder rule is same as wide or no ball, the point is a player pointing out something to the umpire isn't seen as novel or wrong. In todays match for example Shoan asked the umpire for wide, most neutral observers would agree it wasn't called wide because the batter moved, there is literally 0 chatter on social media saying shoan tried to cheat or did something wrong, rather lot of chatter that the he was somehow robbed of a wide ball.

 

And this isn't new, there is probably one such instance happening every game where a player asks the umpire for a wide or something. The only difference here is its Virat who asked for it & Umpire has the same opinion.

Those are say 5 different incidences involving 5 different players. Here we see Kohli do that 2-3 different things frequently in various games.
