Weightage should be there, offcourse you reward consistency but it doesn't matter if it comes against weak attacks and never is the same against quality attacks

Good to see that Abhishek Sharma has taken his bowling seriously, he's contributing in Punjab's success with both bat and ball, he even bowled pp overs in the SMAT.
If he improves his hitting ability, he can be someone who can be considered as an batting allrounder alongside Hardik.
Time for Abdul Samad as well to take up his bowling with same seriousness as his batting. Multi dimensional cricketers are needed right now in Indian Cricket.

No speed guns, substance less commentary, BCCI should look into this to improve the overall structure.

 

  Jerseys did not have players/teams names on them, very few matches under the light -Where is the production value.

UP still has some bowlers, so I understand...but why Sushant not playing is baffling, Jharkand could have played him as Aaron moved to Baroda.
Rajasthan also has same issue, while teams like Saurashtra, Gujrat, Mumbai, Chattisgarh, Himachal, Uttarakhand don't have even one quick pacer.

Some of the north east team also has quick bowlers...not very tall but have quick action.

Finally lord chahar playing for Rajasthan. For someone who bowls at 125 kmph he gets injured too often.

 

And when was the last time he played Ranji trophy. What the great gavaskar said was right , these guys play all IPL matches but want a break when playing for India or their state side

Turning out to be a pretty exciting team...  Batting all the way down. 

Umran is in NZ for T20s...  Then u got Moujtaba Yusuf... Who is also decently quick. 

Yudhvir Charak looks like a decent fast bowling A/R.  Hopefully MI stint further improves him.

Pretty disheartening to see Tyagi & Sushant Mishra on bench for their respective sides.  I mean this is crazy.

Kamlesh Nagarkoti picks 3-33 against Delhi, came to bat at no 3 but out for a duck.
Rajvardhan and Mukesh Chaudhary 2 wkts each against Bengal.
