the biggest problem is his runup which is nonexistent, so, has to put a lot of effort on the delivery stride to generate pace and that leads to back injuries.  long time back when people hardly knew him, he was 19, was on FB, i had advised him work on his run up, but nothing happened. Even now, I advise young fast bowlers through my insta page. Some work on that, some not.  i had advised Arjun Tendulkar as well regarding what was wrong. He did see it too, but I have not seen any improvement since then. Arjun can get best technical coaches around to work on but for some ignorance is bliss.

He did touch 90 mph regularly in the 5th test.  Besides release point of Bumrah is much farther than Mark wood so he is much quicker from a batsman's perspective.

TBH, i do not buy this vague analysis.  Release depends on the length of the ball.  short balls will be released late, much farther from the body than fuller balls. Comparing Siraj with his position is futile because Siraj does not have braced front leg so does not get into right position for comparison.
