 Cummins self-managed his workload excellently.  At one point  Boult/Bumrah/Shaheen/Cummins were bowling the most number of balls every year. Gradually he reduced that count.

That is their forte in Australia. A reason why it is very very hard to beat Australia in Australia. They consistently pose threat every ball by being metronomic. Players eventually give it away.

His workout mainly focuses on core strength and below waist. Important for a fast bowler. Don't see him work much on his 6 pack like Pandya does.

Moeen is perfect case of wasted talent.

If India is on other extreme with batsmen who cannot bowl England is at the other extreme where there are too many so called allrounders without having real batsmen or bowlers.

 

Bits and pieces players won't work in test cricket.

 

Ali plays as he is best spinner in England, his batting is always a bonus but he is just an okay spinner.

That is what India had for a very brief period under Bharat Arun.IMO he was the man behing India fast bowling.It is a shame he is no longer part of Indian cricketing setup. 

 

But Aussies due to height advantage and greater fitness are capable of lasting longer.

Aus and Eng are at similar scores if you take out that smashing 118 from Marsh. Stokes will have to score quickfire 50-60 runs before he is left stranded at 40-50 runs. Looks like Aus will get at least 70-80 runs lead.

Just height advantage. 

Indian bowling is fit, well not so much under current idiot Mambray. 

However the taller bowlers have it easier to generate bounce. Shorter ones will be more injury prone as they have to strain their bodies more often.

Starcs consistent speed is 85 mph which is not going ot bother anyone.
