So did Bumrah absence, you cannot blame team for players getting unjured.

 

Pant might be the best wicket keeper batsmen in Indian test history and second best after Glichrist. You don't replace those kind of players.

Not replace like for like. But batsman with a bit of pedigree not a total hack like Bharat. When you add 4 fast bowling tailenders  and 3 dead weights at the top that was a pathetic batting side.
