Moeen Ali just mentioned in SKY SPORTS that he is done in red ball cricket and won't return for India tour even if Stokes ask him.

Unfair to bring him out of wilderness. Missed very criticial moments of the series. Luckily for England he was available today.

Scared of getting exposed for the nth time lol.

not unfair. He could have refused. Would have been better for Eng. Root fills up for him nicely.

He is one of the very few affable characters on the Poms' side.

yes lets draw home series and lose away :aha:

Do we really need a coach to win in India by our side? LOl A block of wood can do the same. But under Dravid we didn't whitewash NZ. Didn't beat Australia more convincingly. Almost lost to Bangladesh. Lost 5th test handsomely. Lost WTC final.

You don't judge coach just by results. Baz has created a template for England. England does not have many technically correct players, so he has created this vision of Bazball suiting his players.

I am not big fan of Bazball but he is trying to do something. What has Rahul Dravid done as a coach??

Finally Woakes is rewarded. Major influence in England's drawn series. 19 wickets at 18.14

Imagine Jimmy protege Ollie instead of Woakes (like in first 2 tests) - and we would all be marvelling at Aussie batsmen even more.

I'll rather have results. This Bazball will be exposed in tough tours but then that will be their usual loss.
