If Sri Lanka still somehow qualify for the Semis then the first Spot of the table would be worth winning as the table toppers would be in the Semis against SL. Other than that there is not much difference between all the others sides like NZ, Aus, SA.

Yeah what a surprise. SL and Afghanistan are still alive in the tournament but England are dead. Previous WC Champions are no more in contention for the WC this year.

It's a do or die match for Pakistan tomorrow , or else they will find themselves in the same spot that England are in today. If they somehow win against SA, they will fancy their chances again as their next match is against Bangladesh. 2 wins in 2 matches will give them a lot of confidence. Pakistan are yet to play England who are currently looking like a hopeless team so a lot depends on tomorrow's match for them.

 

SA look the safest among all the Non Indian teams right now due to their healthy net run rate.

Sri Lankans are scoring freely here, the pitch still looks fine for batting. Definitely doesnt look like a 150 All Out pitch.

The best thing about this WC is that the toss has become inconsequential.

 

There's also help for spinners, which was completely absent in the last WC. Batters, Pacers and Spinners all chances to make an impact.

this is not a similar pitch from the last match here.Its slow and there is some swing for the fast bowlers early.Theksanna also bowled very well on this one.

I hate that crap team won a fluke 2019 WC and somehow became the template to play whiteball cricket because of a fluke boundary of stokes bat when he was running between the wickets

 

If not for that fluke win like @Laaloo pakistan team in 1992, they would continue to be irrleevant in ODI cricket

Not if they lose tomorrow but Sri Lanka have a little chance after today's win. Just because England got eliminated today doesn't mean the Winner Sri Lanka also has, infact they have improved their chances .
