Kuldeep Sen is playing for TN. Hopefully this format will bring the best out of him.

J&K bowling trio of Umran, Yudhvir & Salam is to watch for. Umran has raw pace, Yudhvir has disconcerting bounce with seam movement & Salam swings the ball both ways at decent pace.

I am surprised why DK is suddenly back playing 50 over cricket, he don't have any future left and he will eat up a place for a youngster in TN. Not the ideal way.

DK wants to make comeback in 2027 ODI WC, that's why

Nice list.

Yudhvir is quite accurate.

And want to see where Gurnoor stands as a pace bowling allrounder at 8.

Hope Tyagi displays his batting ability too.

As much as I get the need for players from "smaller" states to get exposure. Looking at the likes of Meghalya etc... the way forward for India has to be having few and stronger teams- 6 based on ZONES... They should play an extended Deodhar trophy and the same with Duleep each teams plays the other twice.

Australia T20s & SA tour is close call...  Let's see how many list A games likes of Prasidh,  Tilak,  Rinku,  Yashasvi get to play...  I reckon these guys won't take much part in VHT

I think that's why most of the bigger teams like Mumbai, UP, Karnataka etc are taking time to announce their squad. Maybe waiting for BCCI to announce the T20 team for Aus soon.

Only TN is quick to announce their squad coz except Washington Sundar...no one is in contention. Sai Kishore might get overlooked by Bishnoi & Axar.

Tyagi seems like no. 9 or no. 10 bat as of now. not convinced enough about gurnoor with bat.

Maan ! There lies the danger .When core of pacers rested , there comes Boobie lurking around :((

It's a regressive step, but knowing BCCI it can happen. Arshdeep & Bhuvi both can make a comeback...with Prasidh or Shardul as third seamer.

Bumrah, Siraj, Shami will be rested.

I hope that they get to play as much cricket in any form as possible
