England squad for tests vs India in 2024 - 2 young spinners

Why do they have these 5 test series with eng ,waste of time.We have some inflated opinion about these losers,they arent good at any sport,just hogs the limelight.

Chances of us whitewashing them are very low.  We dont have a Test batting lineup to talk of - especially the middle order and the spinners are old now 

 

Even last time around, there were talks of a whitewash only for England to beat us in the first Test. 

 

England will come much better prepared.

Rohit Gill (newbie)  openers...  Gujara (with no reflexes vs spin)  leach owned him.  Kohli in poorest run & getting out to likes of Dom Bess lol

Bahane as well.   Pant Sundar carried us...  And Rohit in one test in Chennai. 

 

We could have lost in Amdavad in final test with Stokes on a roll with the ball...  Until Pant Sundar denied him. 

 

Batting line up with likes of Jaiswal Gill (MO)  and Iyer in at 5 vs spin is much more higher skilled than these guys.  Rohit is beast in India vs spin.  

Only Kohli will be a pure passenger vs spin.

England's batting is a lot better now than it used to be. They will find a way to score and that will be a huge worry for India's attack. We don't have Pant this time. Even if we win the series, a whitewash is highly unlikely.

Yes agree Kohli though will score his customary 77 in 2 of the 5 tests and if buffeted by iyer and gill and rohit we should be able to win those tests. Duckett plays spin well buy Crawley is a sitting duck. Stokes will go after bowling come hell or high water and so Ashwin will be there.. Pope Duckett root are the 3 batsmen we should be wary about. Foakes anyday better than Bairstow but they ll play Bairstow first three tests..

Pope Brooks Duckett...  Rest are all useless in these conditions.  Crawley looked like a sitting duck last time. 

Stokes has declined. 

Root is key though..  But he is struggling in BazBall era. 

Bowling attack looks pop gun. 

I'd have taken Liam Dawson though...  Accurate quicker left arm spinner is must in India.

On proper pitches BCCI XI will own us, because your bowlers are way better, both spinners and quicks. On raging turners gap between spinners is narrowed down, lottery ban jayega and if our bazball approach clicks we will bat you out of the contest in a low scoring game. Please give us rank turners.

Some people might think im clutching at straws but it is interesting that an international team of a country isnt made up of people who play the sport in great numbers ( like Black players in France team) and they pick brit Pakistani cricketers as token minority players but still have overwhelmingly private school educated white players

almost all ethnic minority cricketers called up for England have been Muslim or Sikh.. considering there are many hindu cricketers in the County/ club cricket scene not many are fast tracked.. is it that we as a ethnic group although passionate about cricket, we arent good enough for the highest level? or English cricket administration thinks that Brit Hindus are more likely to support India so they dont want people with loyalty issues playing for England? I was just trying to explore something based on the recent selections ive seen.
