I don't think Jaiswal or even Abhishek have his ability of hitting. This guy is just natural.He is fine square of wicket on both sides.

 

Only thing he has to develop is his offside game in front of wicket.His bat swing creates so much power.

yes that is an issue , lot of opener are in the queue but not many mo/lower mo.

even in t20s got 2 option sky and iyer in mo.

 

finisher got to have some power game and ability to hit down the wkt, do not see many in domestic sharuk has avg of 43 in listA

Biggest thing that doesn't catch much attention is he might grow 2 or 3 inches taller in next few years. Imagine the hitting range after that.

I just hope he retains his reflexes and game sense. That one shot is still in my memory. He charged down the wicket when the spinner threw it wide. From that position, he whipped the ball for six over extra cover.  Incredible shot. Guys like Kohli and Tendulkar whip only through the leg side. Not offside.

There are a lot of people saying that age fraud is not a big matter because he is such a great talent.  But if the age manipulation is true in his case which I believe is, then first of all it raises concern about the integrity of a player and 2nd thing is it sends a very wrong message in junior level players. 

 

First you have to fight the politics and then suddenly a 12 year old is against a 16 Year old player in under 14 tournament where stats are compared of both to decide who moves ahead.  Just imagine what goes into the mind of 12 year old seeing all this. And I am witnessing all this myself.

1-2 years is probably being done by many..I am not advocating for it..but its the reality..even in current Indian team..so that 12 year old could also be 14 year old facing 16 year old..

same as no one is following traffic rules...

1/2 years is normal(I am not advocating its right)..what advantage he is getting by keeping his age down,,when he clearly played in much higher age groups..throughout his career so far..I have seen many people...from normal walks of life not related to any sports..who reduce their age in school certificates..so if it was done..it may have been done as a normal practice..rather than deliberately esp for sports related advantage..where he ha sbeen clearly competing at much higher age groups..even if his real age 16 or 17..

Then it should be same for everyone. Manjot Kalra was banned for age fudging. Rasikh Salam was punished too.

Then ban each and every player in Indian team currently..and many players in IPL and domestic circuit..though in Kalra’s case(not sure about Salam’s) he may have got to play U19 which he wudnt have done with real age..

Sooryavanshi..be it 15 or 17 is still U19..so he didnt get any advantage..apart from media headlines..

 

Its like carrying a concealed weapon and using it vs just carrying a weapon…

 

its illegal to carry a weapon but then everyones is carrying a weapon..

How can you do age fraud after being famous?? Its difficult in this day and age anyway. 

 

Before people used to put less age in school admission,or get birth certificate later etc.

 

Let's say he is 1 year or max 2 year older. This would have happened before starting school or when he was first admitted. One cant know what the kid will grow up to at that point of time. It is not even the kid's choice. When he started getting attention at ag 12, was he in grade 6/7 ? 

 

Becuase he looks big and strong, one cant simply say age fraud. There must be some proof or logic.
