His bowling is borderline part time stuff. Bowls the safest overs 7 to 15 gets away ER of 7 or 8 on turning tracks otherwise gets thrashed. Any part timer can do the same Link to comment

They have bowled in SMAT. Parag is a full time bowler for his state. With impact sub rule each team has 6 bowlers. Parag is an impact sub. So he takes rest. He keeps getting selected in ODI/T20 only coz this generation of Indian cricket is full of 1D players, especially the batsmen. Most can't even field that well.
