cricketfan28 Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 For t20 what works is chinnaswamy in first 10 and newyork in last 10. Chaos 1

Number Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 One extreme to another. None of them is good. JaFanatic 1
Nikhil_cric Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 Chinnaswamy is a very consistent wicket. Problem with NY was the extreme variable bounce not that it favoured bowlers.
Norman Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 From an Indian fan perspective, I'd rather play us on NY. Our batters actually did pretty well and were on their way to 150 easily before they aimed too high and played stupid shots. With Bumrah, Arsh, Kuldeep we will beat any team in a NY style Wicket. True. We were 89/3 in 11 overs against Pak. Even if we had aimed for just 50 off the last 9 overs, which was quite doable, we would've ended up with a total of 140. And that would've been 230+ on most tracks. Our team is built to play on surfaces where the par score is on the lower side as we're not built to score big totals like Aus, Eng, WI or SA. BacktoCricaddict Posted June 16, 2024 Posted June 16, 2024 Tough choice, especially when we have some batsman who would bat with the same mindset on both pitches. Lord 1

Our consolidators(aka T20I batsmen) are more suited to tracks that aren't flat batting wks. PS - SKY being the only exception ofc! Edited June 16, 2024 by JaFanatic Ultimate_Game 1
vvvslaxman Posted June 16, 2024 Posted June 16, 2024 You are offending Kohli fans with your choice lol Forever Indian and Ultimate_Game 2
