Windies hv done SA a huge favour..  by drastically bringing down Eng' NRR.  LOL.     Until a few hrs ago, Eng were hot favourites to become the group topper.  But they ended up packing their bags instead....

Shameless English women's coach whining against India.

Lewis voiced his discontent about the lack of training opportunities at the venue: "No one's had an opportunity to train here (Dubai International Stadium). We've been training in the ICC Academy down the road."

All 10 participating sides have been training at the ICC Academy. Scotland and India are the only teams who have also trained at another venue - Sharjah. Scotland did so earlier during the tournament while India practiced there ahead of their Australia game.

When asked whether he knew about India's centre-wicket practice session at the venue of one of their group stage games, something which England couldn't do in Dubai, Lewis said: "I didn't know they did that. I didn't know. India can pretty much do what they like, can't they? Is that how it works?"

However, an ICC spokesperson clarified to ESPNCricinfo that, "All other teams had the opportunity of training in Sharjah," but none asked except India. Like England, India didn't practice at the Dubai International Stadium either throughout the tournament.

England women 'need to get fitter', says World Cup winner Alex Hartley as she claims there are 'girls in the side letting the team down'

Australia have got 15 or 16 genuine athletes. You look at our team – I’m not going to name names, but if you look at them, you know. You know who’s blowing a gasket and who isn’t: 80% of the England team are fit and athletic enough, but there are girls in that side that are letting the team down when it comes to fitness.

‘There will be questions around the captain, management, fitness, around what goes on in this England side, and rightly so. These girls are being paid hundreds of thousands of pounds now, and it makes a huge difference.’

If Eng experts dont think their women cricketers are fit then Indian players must be fat aunties using the metric

Look at how SA women are going after the Aussies. And we played like scaredy cats with no intent. No way we're better than SA or WI teams either.

Essentially we're barely ahead of deadbeats like Pak, SL, B'desh and lag behind the rest. And even 2 of those deadbeats (SL, B'desh) were able to beat us in Asia Cup finals 2 out of the last 3 times.
