it has been the case for some time now, their batting begins only after 5 down. Barring Sarfaraz Khan ie.

No, if a fielder is wearing the helmet it's considered part of his body and it's not illegal, it's only if the helmet is on the ground 5 runs are awarded.

any thing from boot, clothing, shin, sweat bands, cap, helmets are body part as long they are on the player but player can not use them/throw to stop the ball.

only designated wk can use wk-gloves if some1 else uses those to field or something then 5 penalty runs are awarded.

 

while batting gloves are considered part of the bat so if batter gets the runs if it hits the gloves  then those are not extra but counted in batters' runs and catch is taken off the gloves are out. if batter is using elbow guard and it touches the gloves in any way then it becomes the part of gloves

I am so happy to see cricket growing in non traditional centers like Kerala which has come up very strong consistently. These are giving us more diverse talents and this where future fast bowling will come from.

It is a story for Kerala. So many players are a story and it’s in the name. Sachin and Azhar giving their names to two players on the team. Jalaj Saxena, the veteran. Aditya Sarwate, the multi-bagger. Nidheesh was rated by MI. Rohan Kunnumal showing sparks again. Then the funniest of all funny Malayali names, Eden Apple Tom, but very quick and skiddy.

 

It would be hard not to mention one player from Vidarbha too, Akshay Karnewar, who I can’t wait to see bowling from both hands.

 

And it would be lovely to see Baby atone for all his regretful failures including for RCB in 2016.
