CT (huge advantage as played in one venue while others had to shuttle around) and Asia Cup (made-up tournament that does not even have a consistent format) are pretty worthless and pale in comparison to those test maulings in what is at best a 4/5 team sport.

Feast or famine coach. Super high highs in white-ball (team still has to execute, even if they have some built-in advantages, so kudos) .... and super low lows in red-ball. An interim solution is to retain him for white-ball coaching and bring in another staff for tests.
