So South Africans can also score big runs, it's just that they choose to prepare Fast bowling versions of  Rank Turner's ( like in India ), where batting is always a challenge and 250 is par score.

I said this way back in 2019-20.  On that tour of NZ, all our batters , except Pujara , were literally batting out of the crease and got destroyed by NZ bowlers. 

 

Mayank Aggarwal in 2018/19 Australia was playing the ball nice and late and his control percentage was very good. 

 

Fast forward to 2020/21 Australia and he was meeting the ball much earlier than he used to and he had a 'mare of a tour. 

 

Guys are regressing while playing for India , not getting better. And I 100 % blame Kohli for it. Because nobody insists on it as much as he does.
