Is Devi really a last name? If they had done some very basic research for context, they would realize that it is more of a title / middle name than a last name. This is what happens when "writers" just use computer generated data, come up with nice visuals etc., but put no thought into the actual context because they are looking at it only through their cultural lens (Jane Doe = Lakshmi Devi). Unless, as a country, they all decided that Kzhizmkhagn was too difficult and shortened it to Kim.
