When i say law, it is like the rules of a organization. Like how HR and management follow rules for promotion of an employee. 

 

Treat Indian cricket like a catholic church. Fathers => Bishops => Arch bishop => Cardinals => Pope. 

 

For coaches, District level => State Level => India A/B teams => Indian cricket team.

 

This way we will have seasoned individuals that know how to deal with youngsters, stars and veterans. They might not be path breaking, but atleast they will not do a damage.

Being confrontational is his nature. Never seen him sharing a laughter with someone else. Always serious. Ganguly was also serious. But he could be funny when wanted.
