What is this bowling, do Deepti Sharma and Sneh Rana, even quality as spinners, what are they? looks like slow darters. Amanjot is opening the bowling, while Renuka Singh is on the bench.

Also, complete lack of game awareness from both Richa Ghosh and Jemi, Sutherland was Australia's pick of the bowler, she was using her variations really well. In the 43rd over, we already had 7 runs of her bowling, all Ghosh needed was to pick a single of the last ball, 8 runs of the over from their best bowler is already a great result, but she decided to loft the slower ball, and got hold out in deep. In the 45th over, Jemi repeated the same mistake of Sutherland's bowling, you already scored 7 runs, on the 4th ball Jemi tried to loft her slower ball and was caught, again couple of singles, and you end with 9 runs from the over. They could have easily targeted other bowlers, that's difference between you ending with the score 360-370 and getting bowled out for 330.

Besides, the fact you need a score like 360-370 to have any chance of winning, is enough to question the bowling standards.

If they add them their batting will become uber light. You will see 200 all outs. They want to strike a balance which is fine. Against SA they should not have lost. ALl they ahd to do was bowling wide yorkers. They bowled within the stumps and got thrashed around

Kranti Gaud is the only specialist pacer in this team. She was very good in the first two matches. She needs to add change of pace deliveries in her armoury.

 

Can't blame the bowlers on this ground. Today everybody got hit. This is a chasing venue. We lost the match at the toss itself.

The Australia team is just better and has immense depth in both bowling and batting.

 

India simply doesn't have that talent pool and have to compromise on one.

 

Best case scenario is to get to the semis as 2 or 3 and then win both that and the semi vs Aus (unless someone take them out like in 2017).
