than Vipraj Nigam

SRH has two Chinaman spinners, Krains Fultera whom Klassen said was extremely tough for him to negotiate.. and other guy is Shivang Kumar of MP, he was impressive in VHT and he is much better hitter than Vipraj.

At this point U19 selectors aren't looking beyond a certain level.  Talent identification is a mess.

IpL scouts seem to be better.

My biggest gripe is we dont have a good leg spinner in U19 squad. Not this year not even last year. Bishnoi came in the one before that where we lost to BD in final. We keep on churning left arm spinners like candies in halloween but other than Vipraj Nigam our wardrobe is empty.. Rishad Hossain on the other hand has done massively well from u 19 and now the second highest t20 wicket taker i suppose since 2024. Any idea why this is happening.. i m really confused..

Think there much more foresighntness in this team's selection, there are bowler who can bat , and batters who can bowl. Yes Ind lacks good bowlers at all levels.

But that can not be fixed in this U-19 wc, there are couple of leg-spinners that Ind tried- Pushpak and Ennam ,both does not seem to be that good right now but Ennam can bat.

Thing with leg-spinners at u-19 level specially for Ind, is that they look for bowlers with control hence Ind does not find really big turning spinners and this issue is not just limited to U-19 it goes till the v.top. No domestic captain coach wants to develop a big turning spinner as it take time and they look for control.

All Ind leg-spinners from U-19 have been like that bishnoi, Chawala, Rahul chahar no one turns the ball. These kind of bowlers works till age group because most of sena u-19

players donot know how to play spin but at Intnl level these kind of bowlers become useless and add to that they can not bat either.

Domestic/state level t20 leagues has opened kind of flood gates, there are multiple mystery spinners, LA/RA wrist spinners now in just last 2-3 years

I am fine with anyone having just 3 variations but is accurate and has brains..

KC Cariappa was also hyped up as the one having many variations but he couldnt deliver..

I hope Aggarwal does well though..we need to keep them coming till we strike gold..

If England wins against NZ. This is the scenario.

Match is at Bulawayo, few matches were rain effected. but largely does not seem like a easy scoring ground only 1 total of 300 or more that too by Ind vs Zim

And other two are 261 by SA and 265 SL same game sl won by 5 wkts in 46th over

He is with RR,

RR scouts have usually been good

Thing is what you can do under pressure, it doesn't have to be KO stages, defines a bowler's strengths, many up untill now have gone to their safe stock deliveries under pressure

Eg Bishnoi was bowling quite a number of leg spinners in SMAT and VHT as he was criticised for overusing googly

But ,come the pressure game he goes back to googlies after googly and w looked rather ineffective

win toss, bowl first, get that Sameer fellow in first over, game over, prepare for Monday office

We need to bowl first to know the equation to qualify even if we lose the game.

Pak won the toss and decided to bowl. This pitch is more conducive for Pacers than spinners. Hope India scores atleast 250.

Aaron George, 2 Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, 3 Ayush Mhatre (capt), 4 Vihaan Malhotra, 5 Abhigyan Kundu (wk), 6 Vedant Trivedi, 7 RS Ambrish, 8 Kanishk Chouhan, 9 Khilan Patel, 10 Henil Patel, 11 Deepesh Devendran

Ind can easily bat out Pakistan without even taking risks. It's Pak who has to chase in under 30 overs or something to qualify

Sooryavanshi is an idiot too arrogant for his own good, last ball he was dropped and a run out chance missed any other batter would have capitalized on it but no this idiot goes on to play a nothing shot and gets out
