Brabourne is a part of the CCI. That is, in my opinion, India's most prestigious club/gymkhana. Its a great place to enroll your kids for a swim/chess/badminton class and play padel with friends. 

 

As a plain cricket stadium it is some distance behind the Wankhede.

I hate how the PCA Mohali stadium has been sidelined in all of this because of Ahmedabad stadium. 

 

PCA Mohali is an iconic stadium and one of Team India's  'luckiest' venues.

The iconic stadium of Mumbai is Brabourne. Wankhede is a recent addition. Even the BKC stadium has better facilities than Wankhede. Keep in mind DY Patil has been used for women's cricket and remains the best stadium in the pan-Mumbai metro area. Wankhede is a shithole. I have been to both.

 

Dharmashala is a recent addition to the cricketing network and has had issues with its outfield.

I am confused. Are we saying that historic cricketing centres should be given priority or not? Where does Dharmashala come into it?

Not many pay attention to crowds usually unless it is really bad. That is where Ahmedabad gained its notoriety. Dharamsala test had fantastic vibe too.

I don't think mohali will get anymore games. They will give those games to Mullanpur.

What was the question? Eden is a great venue. If you want personal anecdotes, I have attended 3 games there in last 10 years and had a great time each time.
