What multiplies the impact is that Air India is often late as well, Indigo atleast stays on time. Though, we aren't alone. Malaysian Airlines, Air Asia, Vietjet all are crappy in their own ways. Just speak with attendants politely, slip in a small compliment and service after that is excellent.
