putrevus Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Some morons amuse me, Iyer is great as he scored in ICC tournaments. Were other sleeping when this bozo scored runs in those runs in those ICC tournaments
Gollum Posted June 13 Posted June 13 When nothing is at stake, KL and Gill morph into this rollingstoned, Norman and cricspirit 3

He does well in ICC tournaments. SO they will back him. I hate these technically sound mental midgets more than these guys

He still is the best level headed middle order we have. Rahul will be shi***ing bricks if the asking rate is a touch high in a must win game. We have carried useless Jadeja for more than 15 years. Rohit for several years in T20 world cups. Great pull shot player. SUcked against every kind of other ball.

nitinbwj Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Gill again sleeping down. SR dropped from 138 to 120. He has this habit to slow down

Team structure should not be tinkered too much. Gill literally failed in every important game in his career. Should we drop him based on that?

Because he has close to 800 runs in the two ICC tournaments. He failed in the most crucial ICC match ie the final vs Aus in WC2023 on a flat patta, where a solid platform was already laid, with Ind being 70/2 in 9 overs. There was no pressure on him to accelerate. Yet he got out to a nothing ball, on duck. Edited June 13 by Frustrated

Rana can put all the effort he wants..though other posters may shed more light I have watched Gurnoor bowl many fiery bumpers in FC Cricket. Today was his first match and I think he was not bowling flat out.

Based on that Sahcin failed in 2 finals too. Gill failed too. Why does he get more love? It is not like Kohli and Rahul did well. They bloody scored 159 runs in 40 overs against rubbish bowlers
