Arshad went for runs in this IPL but he is a decent LA pacer bowls high 130s and early 140s kmph even with red-ball, can bat/hit 4/6s , decent out-field fielder.

He should be tried there are only few LA pacers and Arshad could be same height as Arsh rest are not that tall.

He has played only 6 first class games and 6 list A games.

 

In this matches also his performance is very ordinary.

 

Can't expect national Selectors to consider them even if they can't find a place in their Ranji teams

Why is south zone playing 30+ trundlers. There's eden apple Tom, Deepesh devendran and pranav raghavendra. Youngsters with pace should have been preferred instead of these old trundlers and that bodes well for the state, zonal and national sides. Also bowling alongside Siraj is a valuable outing for these youngsters. Wasted opportunity by playing trundlers Chama milind and nidheesh

He thrashed Siraj every time even when he was in form.   Heck he has thrashed cummins, starc, hazlewood, Bumrah. Archer in helpful conditions got better of him. He still smashed him for a cuople of sixes

What non stop Cricket?  SL tour was the only bit of cricket he played I think after that Afg test.

Look at Archer Tongue playing back to back tests after India series and will also play SL T20s and ODIs after the test series 

 

Siraj is just unfit and washed atp.

Siraj bowling 120kph would hurt no one... I think he over exerted himself in IPL somewhere seeing Ashok Rabada and Prasidh bowling quicker than him and is most likely injured and hiding stuff so he doesn't gets dropped.

Imagine Eden Apple, Deepesh Sai Kishore all playing for SZ.

People forget he's been around since 14/15,they think he's some spring chicken and just exhausted ,no ,he's old and has lost pace and should be seen in the same manner selectors look at Shami

he was supposed to be replaced by gurnoor in second test but GG made a mistake n played him..that was the reason we did not win the second test and drew. i think in next test gurnoor will be in the 11.
