That has and will be the problem. I have already mentioned some statistics in one of the threads. The number of "centuries" he goes for when he picks a 5-er is surreal.

This. No room for 2 left arm spinners. Plus Jadeja is a handy bat and an outstanding fielder. If he bowls half as well as Ojha, he automatically becomes more valuable.

But is that enough to retain his spot for SA series and other away series? Looks difficult as Jadeja will get picked ahead of him

Ashwin had top order wickets, ojha 5-fer and cleaned up tail which sometimes irritates india (though wi tail is real tail??) So honors even ash and ojh

Ashwin IMO primarily because he bowled with a newish ball in the first session but Ojha was not far behind, bowled with a lot of control

That is bit of stretch. Ashwin bowled a lot better. 3 catches dropped, one leg before turned down. On a given day Jadeja, Ojha, Ashwin can come good. There is not much to seperate them. As long as they complement each other that is fine. In some matches Ojha might do better, some matches Ashwin might do better. The difference is very very marginal.
