vvvslaxman Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 good he made the pitch that way but i seriously think bcci need to shut these curators up.. no b4 game media talking, just make the pitch and go sit down in a corner look at the pca sardar.. ""Being a non-India match, some grass has been left on the pitch, giving it a greenish tinge," Daljit Singh" does he really need to say it like that.. stfu and do your job, and thats making a pitch, not giving interviews. :hysterical::hysterical: +1
ganeshran Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 They should water the pitch and let the water stay for some time. It will help the spinners in that case.
someone Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: Do you think Dhoni is a fool ? NO WAY he will risk play his darling PC on such a pitch.... NOW he will play Ashwin/ Sreesanth and hope they get spanked..... then he can kick them out and play PC beta in the rest of the WC matches ! Wait and see ! Brilliant, if Ashwin plays and gives aways runs, it is the pitch, flat pitch, no bowlers fault. If Chawla gives aways runs, he sucks, worse player to play for India...
The Outsider Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 India should win this one comfortably. With a depleted team, India put up a good show in South Africa and dominated them last year in India.

Still he sucked.
coffee_rules Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 I pick India too. They have a good momentum going their way now. They haven't lost a match yet. That is a big positive frame of mind to go to a big match. From what Dhoni has said, he will go with PC yet again and give WI match to Ashwin. Depending on how they perform, the QF will feature the best among these two. Bhajji is the senior bowler.

That a really bad argument, you cannot say flat pitch when we are batting and then expect it to become bowler friendly whenever we are bowling.
jibranpatel15 Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 WC 2011 : Game 29, India VS South Africa At Nagpur PROBABLY SEMI-FINAL OR FINAL PRE-PLAYED AT NAGPUR PLAYER VS PLAYER VS VS VS VS VS VS No need for stat or whatever every picture compared tells everything that how close this game will be. But South Africa should be prepared for 1 man to whom they have no one to be compared with and he is YUSUF PATHAN Don't forget: -Put Bets -Pick the winner -Predict MOM & PTW -Update Your Fantasy Team Well as always there is no doubt i am gonna back South Africa as always & probably know that SA will win this game :two_thumbs_up: :two_thumbs_up: :two_thumbs_up: :two_thumbs_up: :two_thumbs_up: :two_thumbs_up:
Stuge Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 http://i50.tinypic.com/2rc4t1f.jpg loved this :) great
yoda Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 That a really bad argument' date=' you cannot say flat pitch when we are batting and then expect it to become bowler friendly whenever we are bowling.[/quote'] When your part-timer takes 5 wickets, you can call it bowler friendly. I agree with ghost, Dhoni will make the brilliant move of giving Ashwin one game vs SAF in which he HAS to perform no matter what the wicket gives in order to be considered ahead of the poor Chawla. Now that Dhoni has decided to go with Chawla, I would rather Chawla play all the games so that his confidence can keep getting better. :winky:
julianlev Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 ok this is getting ridiculous there is no way anyone here can attack Amla for what he said his opinion was balanced, giving credit to the indian team and respectful of their capabilities and anyone who has watched the cup knows that there is a great deal of pressure on India to do well, far more than there is on South Africa instead of making snide remarks at the mans expence, try to actually consider what he said its not all "mind games" as people like to put it
Laaloo Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Here's some amla to digest the BS Amla's stating: :(( Bachpan ki yaad phir se kyun yaad dilata hai?
Switchblade Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Ok saw their interview on Espn Sportscenter they showed brief interview of Morne and Amla they were quite polite and said that they are excited to face India and gave credit to Indian batting and said that they would like to win the match to gain momentum even though its going to be a tough task
Switchblade Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Let the mind games begin. Saw his interview actually he wasnt playing mind games he just answered the questions which he was asked he praised India said we are a strong side and home conditions but then the crowd would expect India to win so they,l be little bit under pressure.
