It was recorded by me. He was easily touching 140-145 clocks. How this story unfolded was, RKT and me , tried doing something for Rehan but we could'nt! There was no way to give him any exposure going by our limited financial resources.

Kumble was their expert on their channel. They were going to have a special program about him but i needed to give them his contact number and address so that their correspondent could reach him. There was nothing possible without that. RAF had some issues too.

These guys who are coming thru ranks are getting totally wrong coaching and advises from senior players. Any 18 year old would be overawed in the presence of guys like Sachin, Dravid and Dhoni.He would blindly do as they have been told and who knows what they are being told. Unlike in 80s and 90s where Indian never had any pace/fast bowlers coming thru ranks other than Srinath.We have seen fast bowlers coming thru ranks in 2000s only to turn in trundlers once they reach test team. So instead of blaming these youngsters we need to blame the set up.
