TGI Friday's, Subway. Subway is literally a staple. have one every other day. When in the mood for KFC I prefer to opt for SFC. Never been a fan of Colonel Sanders. Then there's Tim Hortons (not fast-food it's a cafe), Dunkin Donughts occasionally and PappaRoti. PappaRoti is the height of unhealthiness. But it is also the most tastiest stuff ever. I treat myself to 1 a week. For sea food I really like the international joint Red Lobster.
I forgot about subway. When i was new to US that was the place i visited often. I instantly liked it. Till now i always order the same item anytime i go there. chicken breast either 6 inch or footlong. I used to have pepsi and lay chips to go with it. Ultimate combo. Now i have cut down drinks and chips. And also i ask for just 1 piece of cheese.

Well I eat most my lunches at a mall food court close to where I work. So when I'm not carrying my lunch Subway is the healthiest, cheapest option out there. I can eat like a foot long Italian BBT for less than let's say a full zinger meal at KFC or SFC. And that's not to say I order a footlong every-time. More often than not it's the 6 incher. I skip the cheeses though and eat only whole wheat bread but I do load up on their amazing sauces. No Pepsi or Chips but there are times I simply cannot resist their baked cookies :--D
