Mentally brittle and Injury prone as well. I think too much media attention got to her. Of course she has had quite a few injuries as well.

She can keep playing doubles for the rest of her life.:two_thumbs_up: I think we are all a bit unfair to sania.May be we expected too much from her and she did reach her highest potential.Anyways she has been the most successful female tennis player India has produced and we can't take that from her.

She's won a grand slam title twice, so lets give her credit for that.

Saina is young but I hope she starts beating the fecking Chinese once she's older.
straighttalk Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 saina is a great athlete...but by performance she did not deserve this medal..even she said she was lucky..it was not her fault but somehow it doesnt feel like she won the medal...the othe rplayer was winning and then unfortunately got injured...hope next olympics...she wins a medal with no such caveat

Sania Mirza could've easily achieved so much more. Unfortunately she let fame get into her head. Shame really. The cutie pie and hotness of these Olympics for us though is Ashwini Ponappa. That gal is adorable.
