I seriously do believe that this will be very effective in India.In India rape is always associated with loss of honor for the victim and her /his family. When rape will be associated with "losing manhood" there definitely will be a change .Chemical castration or even physical castration in cases like child rape.

If they did, why couldn't she get such a simple thing into her head. 2. She should never have anything to eat from strangers. 3. Given she is 6 in all likelihood she was wearing some provocative clothing like a frock.
