Dont Bring Junaid in it Ok wait Until last match of CT Junaid or BK On recent Odi record Junaid khan 20 Odi 32 wicket,s Ave-24.12 B.Kumar 8 odi 9 wicket,s Ave-35 around
You came up with lot of arguments in favor of Lethal Irfan and his 65 avg in tests and were talking as if he was the best thing in world. So I thought to bring this up in BK's favor over trundler Junaid.:winky:

He is a strike bowler in tests and ODIs and can get any batsman get out while defending In the IPL he was intentionally bowling at different lengths to avoid runs. Steyn has hardly taken many wickets this IPL, so according to your logic, he is not a strike bowler either
Steyn has done in Tests.. Bhuvan has not exhibited that quality throughout a match not just with new ball.

How about a simpler solution? How about we ICF-ers dont take the bait, and ignore such posts. Very soon it will stop. Everytime some ICF-er takes the bait, the trend of Junaid-and-Irfan-The-Great prolongs.

Cannot compare Steyn and BK. If Steyn has to play so many matches on Indian dead tracks, he will struggle too. He wont have an SR of 41 and average of 22.

Notable Indian bowlers are Kapil 26.49, Srinath 26.61 Every other Indians average more than 30 in India.

Dude, I am not comparing BK and Steyn, just saying you cannot say on the basis of IPL performance

Steyn had one good match in Nagpur and in one match he got seamimg track at Ahmedabad. Look what happened in Chennai when Viru scored 300. Our bowlers play on dust bowls whole life. Had he played his whole life on these tracks then only we could see his stat. Had he played for India and bowled against visiting teams consisting of good players of pace in England, SA, and Aus then we would have seen what he would have averaged. It is certainly hypothetical but that is how it is. It is easy to criticize Indian pacers but there are a lot of factors which go against them. Averaging low against Indian batsmen is not a real criteria of greatness. Indian batsmen are traditionally weak against pacers, even the best Indian batsmen struggle and look awkward against best fast bowlers.

The overseas bowlers you have named have hardly played more than 10 Test matches in India. BK himself will cross that mark in the next 2 Test series.

Bhuvi is a good odi prospect but really needs to add a yorker and variations to his game.In tests he is average but india do not have many options.
