SLICKR392 Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 Never! Apart from Utalk and Asim, other (apart from ICF) clowns had a go at us when we were at a horrible state after the WC.
BeautifulGame Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 yeah sure' date=' but doesn't make us better.[/quote'] We have much more verity than Pakistan whose attack is very one dimensional.
The Outsider Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 Never! Apart from Utalk and Asim, others (apart from ICF) clowns had a go at when we were at a horrible state after the WC. We still are. 0-8 hasn't gone anywhere and will get worse over the next two years.
Vilander Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 once indian team start loosing we will all feel better then... and invite more people from kasabs country for working in india :)
Vilander Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 We still are. 0-8 hasn't gone anywhere and will get worse over the next two years. will get much worse in the knockouts when the pitches start swinging..:nervous:
Silva Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 Not really. Ever since I got into cricket Pakistan were viewed like they were the cricketing answer to the Brazilian soccer team and they hardly ever won anything. Despite producing so many greats in the last 20 years their major accomplishment is a t20 cup. India in that same span won a t20 cup, a champions trophy a world cup and a 2 year run as the number one test team but the general consensus among even neutral even neutral fans is that Pakistan have been superior team because of win loss ratio and lack of world class fast bowlers.

Huh? So many greats? Only ones i can think of are Wasim and Waqar at a stretch.Unless u start counting the likes of Afridi
jf1gp_1 Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 I am yet to meet one Indian who will feel sorry for pakis however I find it annoying when someone compares bottom rank teams like pak with India. Their so called best they can offer bowling line up has poor number inCT compared to our bowling and let's not even talk abt battingx
hassan_113 Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Having watched the game since I was 7 (21 years)- I never thought I would see the day that we would pick bits and pieces players like England used to. Sad times with the selection of poor over the hill failures rather than nina dose enthusiastic good young players.
velu Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 pakistan is the only team who can drop umark akmal for the likes of farhat also for no reason they r going with malik instead of the likes of fawad alam
Muloghonto Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 India and Pakistan, for the last 30-35 years has been 'our batting vs their bowling'. Used to be at its best in the 90s, when our batting clearly superseeded theirs and their bowling clearly superseded ours. Somewhere along the line, the Pakis forgot that 'our batting vs their bowling' mentality doesnt work when they have no batting. Currently, it is our batting vs their not-batting. Pakis have always struggled to bat outside the subcontinent and this only goes to show that Pakis are crappiest batsmen from the subcontinent.
Debutant Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Are you kidding. Feel sorry for the pakis :headshake: It feels great to see the pakis playing like minnows. Love to see them getting thrashed by the teams like Namibia or Nepal. Absolute pleasure paki batsmen playing like tailenders
Muloghonto Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 I dont feel sorry for the Pakis one bit. But i do feel sorry for myself because India-Pakistan back in the late 80s to mid 2000s used to be epic. Now, its boring. We tool them in 9 out of 10 important matches.
mastana Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Does anyone here feel sad about the state of Pakistan Cricket? Chal hat pagla kahin ka. Itne maje aa rahe hai inko aise dekh ke. :yay:
zep1706 Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 No I don't feel sorry for them. Did anyone feel sorry for India when were going down 0-8 in Eng and Aus? I don't think so. Besides, there is no point of this knee jerk reaction. Yes they had a terrible tournament but this is not the end of the world.
Silva Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Huh? So many greats? Only ones i can think of are Wasim and Waqar at a stretch.Unless u start counting the likes of Afridi In the last 20 years 10 fast bowlers have taken 100+ wickets at an average of 25 and below 4 are Pakistani which is impressive considering the flat pitches they bowl on. You could argue that their career overall isn't that great but they were great when they played. Plus they had saqlain mushtaq and ajmal now. Their batting sucked but their was a period when Their middle order of yousef younis and inzi was batting better than even India's.
