Fontaine Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Damn, where did this Mohit kid come from? The first time I've seen him bowl and outswing/inswing, he was seaming the ball and also showed a back of the hand slower delivery all with control and at a decent pace. He already looks more polished than a lot of bowlers his age. Can't wait to watch him bowl a on a really juicy pitch.
Old guy Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Ishant also picked up wickets there.doesnt happen mostly:giggle: maniac maniac and ishant :reddy: Damn, where did this Mohit kid come from? vishalvirsingh Posted August 1, 2013 Author Posted August 1, 2013 Guys Don't jump the gun still.....v hav one more match and then with facts of bowling Analysis we would able to compare all the 4. VK is almost certain to be no 4...... Seems jaydev is leading followed by VK and then Shammi as of now..........
vishalvirsingh Posted August 1, 2013 Author Posted August 1, 2013 Correction jaidev followed by mohit n shammi and vk being the last
vishalvirsingh Posted August 1, 2013 Author Posted August 1, 2013 Virat Kohli was stating that Mohit is Very Accurate......n he said that more than a couple of times- If he was so fodn
cowboysfan Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 heis not a in the A team for SA,would have been interesting to see him in south africa.
Old guy Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 heis not a in the A team for SA' date='would have been interesting to see him in south africa.[/quote'] he can be added later i do not think team will play with rookies for first time in south africa to begin with
jj_28 Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Bhuvenashwar Kumar is the best bowler we have for ODI Yadav the best bowler for Test Ishant (coaches like him), Mohit, Zaheer/Aaron (when fit) are the reserve bowlers competing for a place in the team Vinay, Undakat, Shami are good bowlers but nothing special Undakat has improved a lot since I last saw him but can he perform against better sides remains to be seen
Vilander Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Mohit does not swing, he is accurate at around 137 k which is good...but only so. He will be very good for india as our pace bowlers go and would be pathetic at international level which would be a good improvement for us...

Old guy Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 hmm.almost everybody mentions he has both the outswinger and inswinger. not just swing he seams the ball of pitch like asif used to do.. his first over yesterday had ball thatm oved both in and out leaving batsman totally clueless and his both wickets are of ball that moved away and took edge

He used to be considered an average bowler in Haryana circle before 2011 and was not even sure of his place, played only 2-3 games in his debut season for Haryana but last season, he turned it on, two consecutive preseason camps under Pont did wonders for him.
