Yes bhisma pitamah and I delibrately used pitamah before bhisma,coz pitamah(grandpa)is a word used to show respect and it's appropriate to use it before name.

Dude, you must go to cricket-playing nations abroad and talk to real cricket fans who have scorecards from that era instead of clicking on smileys. Grace was 32 when he started cricket and played till 55 or so. He was a genuine allrounder who often topped bowling averages. Add to that, he was a portly guy of about 115 kg or so. Almost often, he would score 10+ centuries in a season when the rest of the players put together had like 5 tons. At the age of 50, he overshadowed most batsmen half his age. He was very close to Bradman in terms of relative domination.

When WG Grace injured a finger in the first Test ever played at Lord's, in 1884, the fielder who came out to replace him was the Australian skipper, Billy Murdoch. He was soon in action, when Australia's top scorer, "Tup" Scott, offered a catch off the legspin of AG Steel. Murdoch held on, and his side were all out.
