Cricketics Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Ishant is one of them for now. When batsman is attacking, he can't handle that pressure. This has happend numerous amount of time. Every bowler takes pressure but some bowlers can literally lose totally in 2020 and 50 overs. Ishant should be only looked for test cricket in future and should be kept away from the shorter format. I won't mind RP Singh and other guys in this current bowling line up. Proven in the most dangerous format which is twenty20 that they can bowl under pressure.

I think we should drop him and not pick him for the next couple of years unless he does something remarkable in domestic cricket.

I will never say anything like "ban him for life and don't let him play cricket ever" after a bad performance. These guys have worked hard where they are. They might be bowling shyt but I am no one to say things like don't ever let them play for India and stuff. I will say what I want to and that is that he is not good enough for shorter format. I actually wrote that he should be kept away from Indian team for a while. IF you want to twist that and make it sound different, than you can.
