Four seamers would mean one will always be under bowled. Much better to go with an extra batsman because they would likely prepare bowler friendly pitches and its better to have some depth.

Its not about eating and hitting the gym. Too much lifting weights and strengthening muscles could make your body stiff and will cause breakdown. There have been plenty of players who went through this. There have to be trainers or people who could guide you how to build strength for sustaining pace and stamina. More muscles doesn't mean more pace or stamina.

If you are balanced in training, more strength is always a good thing. You need guidance to be balanced though. Huge biceps and wimpy shoulders for example will result in shoulder tear.

Why? Batting - Ashwin better than Jaddu for Tests. Bowling - Ashwin better (in Tests) than Jaddu Fielding and running-between - Ashwin horrible

If Zak can bowl well for next two years will be a great bonus but I am skeptical lets see, he has worked hard and if he can bowl with pace and intensity he can bowl better easily then these Andersens or Broads, Shami and some smart selections by Selectors and Dhonis can transform our attack with influx of young talented pacers who can be groomed and introduced and can be usefull for the next away tours and worldcup
