vvvslaxman Posted January 7, 2014 Posted January 7, 2014 I am sure this made sense in your head while you were typing it out. Biking inside the house? :cantstop: If you have tons of layers of clothes sure you can do that . If it is for brief period. heck i even went out for photo shoot in wafer thin t shirt in -20 degrees . You have given a vague detail about biking. Biking where, how long, with what kind of clothes.

Biking where' date=' how long, with what kind of clothes.[/quote'] Yeah biking in my living room like Salman khan in Maine Pyar Kiya But biked to the dept about 20 minutes away wearing a lot of clothes obviously. I was okay but I heard some people had their bike chains break due to the intense cold but mine was okay. Also in winters I switch to thicker tires because of the snow and slush. Anyways, usually its 20 below here so this was different even for me. http://www.startribune.com/local/minneapolis/236827801.html

Lot of people forgot to bring gloves and their hands froze at 2 gallon and they left and fled off !!. There are lot of guys gave pose in swimsuit and what not in sub 20 degree temperature. There is nothing adventurous about withstanding cold. It is not like rock climbing or sky diving.
punjabi_khota Posted January 7, 2014 Posted January 7, 2014 I walked for 5 minutes outside. My hair are like icicles now.
Desi Cartman Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 I walked for 5 minutes outside. My hair are like icicles now. Is your nose still there or did it fall off ?
Desi Cartman Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 I need to go to Canada next month to get my visa renewed. I hope its not as cold by then, I am also hoping that I can avoid Toronto and go to Vancouver instead.

dial_100 Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 Lower 20s at night here in Big state down south. I have to wear two layers at least to bear that kind of cold. Not much outdoor. Just last week we had high in 60s and I went for Kayaking at lake with kidos and in couple of days temperatures dropped so much. We will be back to 40+ in a day or two.
coffee_rules Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 50 over the weekend to -17 windchill on Tue. Never seen so much fluctuation here so far.
