Old guy Posted March 15, 2014 Posted March 15, 2014 Actually' date=' it is safe because most of them are virgins. :--D[/quote'] i would be serious for a moment i have lived in karnal (which is in haryana ) and now ludhiana for most of my life and difference is night and day yes you have dumb teenagers here who think stalking is cool but environment for women is so much better here.. even in villages there is huge difference but ofcourse i can only talk about what i have seen ..even from clothes which girls are allowed to wear have huge difference .. people do not realize this but women get widowed are badly discriminated in our country and even they have much better acceptance here...but its hardly perfect but much better than my last city which i understand is not really in best part of india :--D

darkshubhpatil Posted March 15, 2014 Posted March 15, 2014 I think there was a similar survey to assess which country's people were the happiest and it concluded that india are the happiest country while most of developed nations were at bottom even after having btter education,healthcare,employment,etc.This also depends upon how questions are framed,aw areness of the people,general perception of the people,etc
